1. 45-Day Public Evaluation Period

The LUCKX Multi-Agent Research Engine is made accessible exclusively for public evaluation, testing, and non-commercial research purposes during a designated 45-day evaluation window. By accessing this platform, users acknowledge that the service is in active evaluation mode and may undergo continuous architectural refinement.

2. Fair Use, IP/Q Quotas & Automated Limits

To guarantee equitable resource distribution across global evaluators, strict automated rate limits, concurrent session locks, and daily request quotas (IP/Q) are enforced. Any deliberate attempt to bypass quota algorithms, deploy automated scrapers, or generate distributed denial-of-service traffic will result in automated IP blacklisting.

3. Privacy, Silent Pipelines & User Submissions

Inquiries submitted to the system are processed autonomously across decoupled multi-agent pipelines. Evaluators must strictly refrain from submitting confidential proprietary data, non-public trade secrets, classified materials, personal identifying credentials, or unencrypted passwords. LUCKX RESEARCH LLC assumes no responsibility for sensitive information volunteered by evaluators.

4. Absolute Zero Liability & Disclaimer of Advice

All generated outputs, synthetic reports, cited sources, and analytical matrices are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

NO FORMAL ADVICE: Outputs generated by autonomous agent workflows do not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, medical, or architectural advice. Evaluators must independently verify all statutory references, figures, and technical projections with licensed professionals.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall LUCKX RESEARCH LLC, its members, managers, software contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or connected to the use, interpretation, or execution of findings generated by this research platform.
